You and your friends can have a wonderful "healthy" experience as your group enjoys one of the following aerobic training activities: Zumba Aerobics, Core Training or Aqua Aerobics, led by instructor, and Nantucket resident Benji Mcgowan. Class can also be a combination of any of the workout activities. This is a terrific way for a group to spend time on a long winter day!
Special Instructions
The space for the Group Aerobics must be provided by the winning bidder; for the Aqua Aerobics, the winning bidder must have a pool.
Number of people in group is not limited. and is appropriate for either adults or children. Activity can be scheduled by calling instructor at 508-228-2776. This is just perfect for a party, of any kind!
