This excellent Cava has no dosage. The Brut Nature is 100% Chardonnay. It was disgorged in September 2007 after spending 52 months on its lees. Medium straw-colored, it offers persistent small bubbles and flavors of wheat thins, green apple, and citrus. Crisp, dry, balanced, and refreshing, this is first-class bubbly at a fair price.
