The TOTAL WORKOUT gift certificate is valid for 1 month of free workouts in either our 6 a.m., 8 a.m., or 9 a.m. weekday classes. Our Total Workout programs are fast-paced, 60-minute workouts held Monday through Friday indoors at The Next Level Athletic Performance Center in Bethesda.
