Description
RJ Cooper, James Beard Award-winning chef of Vidalia will lead a 2 hour session for students/participants entitled "A Day in the Life of a Chef." Chef Cooper will begin by taking the lucky winners to the farmers market in DuPont Circle where they will do a tour of the markets and meet the chefs and farmers who frequent the market. They will then go over to Vidalia and Chef Cooper will walk the students through his typical day running the kitchen at Vidalia. This unique opportunity is available for a group of up to10 students/participants, ages 10 and above (parents may accompany their child). This will be held on a Sunday morning on a date that is mutually agreed upon.
