University School Art Institute Dance Summer Camp

University School's Dance Summer Camp is designed for campers who wish to concentrate on developing or enhancing their dance techniques in ballet or creative movement, jazz, tap, and hip-hop/urban movement. Students will be able to polish their other artistic talents by electing from a list of specialty classes such as voice, creative movement, acting, dancing, or fiddle music. Each camper will be evaluated and placed in the appropriate beginner, advanced beginner, intermediate or advanced group. The campers who attend all four sessions will showcase their work in a musical theatre production at the end of the program. Session I is a required prerequisite to the sessions that follow.
