Toss Up Salads offers fresh, healthy salads and wraps with over 60 items to toss in.  We prepare 9 homemade signature dressings not including 20 other gourmet dressings.  Many of our salads, fruits, vegetables and meats are either natural or organic.

Our menu caters to all types of diets.  We have salads and wraps made just for vegans, vegetarians and raw food lovers.  We will make sure everything gets prepared just the way you like it.

 The menu consists of 40 specialty salads, gourmet wraps, a large array of smoothies, protein shakes, cafe bar and 100% natural and freshly squeezed juices.  The more natural and less processed, the better for you and the environment.  You also have the option of adding boosters to your juices and our smoothies are all sugar-free and dairy-free.
