Does your son or daughter have energy to burn, and a burning desire to tumble and do flips and somersaults? Well, if he or she is between 6 and 10 years old, here’s the fun and fantastic opportunity to take a tumbling class with Ossining High School’s Varsity Gymnastic coaches, Sandra Mitchell and Yvette Wilde. Your kids will have a fabulous time with these two experienced coaches and teachers, and will come home tired, happy and smiling!

Winning bidder's child must be an Ossining UFSD student.  For children ages 6-10.

Yvette Wilde, also known as "Coach Vette" by her Varsity Gymnasts, has been teaching special education in the Ossining School District [at AMD] for nine years.  Ms. Wilde loves to help her students learn new things in the classroom, especially concepts that they thought they wouldn't ever be able to understand. 

Ms. Wilde competed in college gymnastics (for WCU in Pennsylvania) and has coached young kids in local gym clubs for many years.  Ms. Wilde has really enjoyed being the Assistant Coach for the Ossining Girls Varsity Gymnastics Team for the last four years.

During her free time Ms. Wilde loves spending time with her two dogs, going out to dinner and movies with her friends, and most of all, spending time with her three year old nephew, Joshie.

Ms. Mitchell, a physical eduation teacher at Claremont, has been teaching for 16 years. She was chosen as the All Star gymnastics coach by the Journal News in 1998. She grew up in Brooklyn where she learned gymnastics and then went on to compete while she attended Temple University in Philadelphia. Her favorite events are floor exercise, bars and vault!
