This is one of the most exquisitely balanced Sauv Blancs from California. Aromas of grapefruit, and tastes of citrus and peach with subtle touchs of fresh cut grass. But the hallmark of this wine is its elegant balance. This is not an overdone grapefruit bomb, nor is it overloaded with grass. Crisp, refreshing, beautifully integrated, and absolutely delicious.
