The South Platte rolls through Cheesman Canyon where large trout are in abundance. In the midst of Cheesman Canyon is the most prestigious fly fishing club in the world, the Wigwam Club. Membership is limited to a lucky 50 members who are privileged to fish approximately 1.5 miles of this stream. This offers you a once in a lifetime fly fishing opportunity for two at the Wigwam Club with Phil Johnson. On a mutually agreed upon weekday, travel from Denver to the Wigwam Club located above Deckers along the South Platte River. Arrive at 6 p.m. and enjoy cocktails on the porch of one of the clubs cozy log cabins, followed by a gourmet dinner in the lodge. Up at 7 a.m. for breakfast, followed by a full day of fishing on the finest stretch of trout stream in America. Enjoy a picnic lunch along the river. The group will return to Denver by 6 p.m.
