L'Atelier is the studio/workshop of Chef Radek Cerny, where he and his staff offer excellence in food artistry and fine dining to their guests.  L'Atelier was founded in 2003. The restaurant is small, only 50 seats, and the dining space was created by the noted Denver designer and architect Eric Mandil.
