Because Supplier Roosevelt is a direct distributor for Sony, their return polices are less lenient. If the supplier ships out the wrong item they will accept the return. For fraud purposes, if a package in transit is able to be turned around, the supplier will accept it back with a 15% restocking fee. If the fraudulent package or any package is refused, the package will be shipped back with a 15% restocking fee. If the retailer accepts it, then an RMA will have to be filed and the supplier will only accept the package back if the box is unopened. No opened packages will be taken back by the supplier.

Note: If you have a defective product, you may contact Sony directly. All new items have a 1 year manufacturer warranty and refurbished products have a 90 day manufacturer warranty. You have access to Tier 2 Tech Support through Vaio, 888-476-6938. If any issues, please notify us and we might be able to get the original receipts and information to Sony if needed.

Note: All returns are for refund only. Replacement product must be ordered again as a new order with a new order number and will include freight and handling charges.
