Martial Arts Introductory Package at Keith Cooke's Champions Martial Arts, includes 1/2 hour introductory lesson, 2 group classes and uniform. For new students only.

Martial Arts for Kids program are:

Little Dragaons (4 to 5 year-olds): focuses on developing strong karate basics along with coordination and concentration while having a great time!

Kids Program (6 to 8-year-olds): introduction to more movements and techniques that involve memorization and discipline.

Juniors Program (9 to 15-year-olds): continued focus on physical and mental discipline, with emphasis on goal-setting and character development skills
