Elizabeth Prestel graduated from Yale with a degree in English and worked as a tutor and educational therapist in the LA area for 7 years. She offers personalized instruction with specific strategies and technieques for learning differences and individual styles. She will help a UCLA Lab School student complete work in a specific subject, prepare for an upcoming test, and/or design a better strategy for meeting deadlines and academic objectives.

Specialties include: literacy and reading comprehension, time management and study skills, essay-writing and grammer, standardized test prep, math up to and including geometry and algebra II/trig. She's tranined in Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes programes, PACE, SAT, and ISEE prep.
