This premiere week-long event hosted by Club Med Corporate Chef Erik Peters, featuring guest celebrity chefs and Master sommeliers, will draw on your affinity and passion for world class cuisine, fine wines, and fantastic cocktails. It promises to enhance the soul, the spirit, and the sense of community from its rich & unique culinary programming. Enriching your epicurean senses through a diverse array of events, Peters and his colleagues, including Top Chef Master Anita Lo, fill six days and nights in one of the Caribbean's most stunning locations as the week aligns itself under the sign of gastronomy but also under the sign of the party. KitchenAid sponsored culinary demonstrations hosted by Chef Bernard Guillas - author of Flying Pans, noon beach BBQ's featuring the cuisine of BBQ Legend Ray ‘Dr. BBQ" Lampe, wine workshops, beach parties, rum tasting, cigar expositions, a coconut grove garden party, signature 4-course wine-pairing dinners using locally sourced ingredients are inspired by various global regions, an evening "carnival", presence of DJ's, and animated evenings are all between meals on the week-long menu.

Vast expanses of dazzling sand where the turquoise sea mirrors an azure sky, the beaches of Punta Cana, located in the southeast of the Dominican Republic, are considered to be among the most beautiful in the world. Along a lagoon in harmony with a magnificent coconut grove, the Club Med Resort basks in the shade of tropical greenery. Superb private beach of white sand is 1965 feet long and 164 feet wide. Access to the sea is easy, as the beach slopes gently and the water is shallow. With plenty of shade and a constant light breeze, the beach is equipped with lounges, the newly renovated Celeste Bar & Lounge, and is surrounded by a coral reef.
