Pro-Series 14pc. Ergonomic Block Set by Ergo Chef

This professional fully forged block set has 5 Kitchen knives, 6 Steak knives and a kitchen shear.  Knives are all crafted from German Carbon Steel (X50CrMoV15) and heat treated to 56-58RC which gives them long edge retention.  The knives included are 8” Chef knife, 9” Offset Serrated Bread knife, 9” Carving knife, 5.5” Boning knife, and a 3.5” Paring knife along with 6 forged & precision sharp steak knives.  They all fit into the 13 slot wooden knife block.  To keep the edge sharp we also include a 10” Diamond oval sharpener.  This completes this high quality knife set for a lifetime of use in your kitchen.
