Casa Silva Gran Reserva Carmenere "Los Lingues" Dark ruby colour. On the nose, intense, complex, with notes of red fruits, black cherries, mocha and cloves. On the palate, very soft, juicy, round and harmonious with notes of toffee, which lead into a soft, very long finish. An amazingly diverse variety which will accompany a broad range of dishes. This Carmenère goes sensationaly with roast lamb, beef Wellington, stuffed turkey, grilled chicken or any kind of barbecued meat. Also ideal with marinated kebabs, Thai or Mediterranean food. | |||||
