The all black and pink truck can be found via Twitter and Facebook, where it announces daily where its next stop will be. And the menu? Created by Ingrid Hoffmann and made with the freshest ingredients around, it is made up of gourmet burgers and tacos, including the famous Latin Macho, a burger made of chorizo, chuck & sirloin, topped w/ Oaxaca cheese, caramelized onion, jalapenos, and an avocado or red pepper sauce.
