Daedalus Labrynth 2007 Pinot Noir: 6 Bottles 750ml Each

Aron, our winemaker, tastes through the barrels in the cellar regularly and grades each barrel on overall quality, how well it expresses terroir, and what characteristics it has to offer.  The Labyrinth is a blend of what he feels is the best wine that the cellar has to offer in any given vintage.  Each component is carefully selected both for it’s superior quality and for what it has to give to the blend as a whole. The 2007 vintage is a blend of just two vineyards - both beautiful, older vineyards from the Dundee Hills, and the wine is characteristically elegant and supple with layers of flavor and an enduring finish.
