John O’Groats, widely regarded as the best breakfast in Los Angeles and a westside institution, is opening shop in Encino, California. The Rancho Park Eatery was recently featured in Esquire Magazine's "Best Breakfast in America" issue (March 2009). Paul Tyler, owner and operator of John O'Groats, announced he would be opening a second full service dining venue in September/October 2009.
