One week (Saturday to Saturday) at “One Good Tern” 1 ½ blocks from the beach. This contemporary house, situated on a canal at the end of a dead-end street, sleeps 6 easily and can accommodate 8. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a living room sleeper sofa. Amenities include an outdoor shower and cable TV.
Special Instructions
The winning bidder may choose from any available week prior to June 1, 2011. However, dates must be confirmed with rental agency no later than one month after the close of the auction and must not conflict with existing rental agreements for this property. Current blackout dates include the weeks of August 7-14 and September 4-11.
South Bethany is a family-friendly community within walking distance of Bethany Beach (boardwalk and beach activities, shops and restaurants). The town borders the Nature Preserve between S. Bethany and Fenwick Island. Easy drive to Rehobeth Beach and Dewey Beach. One "pet" dog allowed – of course any guide or service dogs are always welcome!
Bring your boat and cruise in the bay or connect to the ocean and tie up in the canal at the house. Great beach fishing with nearby beach access for vehicles (license required but easily obtained).
Dates must be confirmed with rental agency, and current rental agreements must of course be honored.
