Special Instructions
Availability: Due to the unique and amazing nature of your activity there is limited availability and high demand. So that you can choose the dates and avoid disappointment, we suggest that you schedule your activity at the earliest possible opportunity, even though this may be many months in advance. Please do not make travel arrangements until the vendor has confirmed your date of attendance and taken your voucher number and contact details.
Scheduling: You must schedule your activity in advance. Do not arrive at the site with your voucher without a confirmed appointment. You may be refused entry.
Clothing and Equipment: We strongly suggest our guests wear wool socks, sweaters and ski hats. Wetsuits are mandatory until mid-May and may be rented on the day.
Lunch is provided as part of the package
Weather: Rafting takes place in all conditions so you must attend on the scheduled day.
Rafts can accommodate up to 8 people
Other information: you will be required to sign an indemnity form so you should bring valid ID such as a drivers license with you. In the event that you are under 18 years of age, the signature of your parent or guardian will be required. Your participation is conditional upon signing an indemnity and if you decline to sign any document or fail to meet requirements after scheduling you will not be eligible for any refund and may not be allowed to participate in the event. Vendors also require compliance with other conditions such as, but not restricted to conduct, and failure to meet these may result in you being removed from the adventure.
