1-on-1 Private, 1 1/2 hour yoga class with Donnalynn Civello, a certified Yoga Alliance teacher (RYT), with over 300 hours training, at Ethereal Wellness.

Go deeper into your yoga practice with a special spa rejuvenation vinyasa class. Each class is tailored especially for the individual student to help him or her deepen his or her understanding and technique of the asana practice. Special attention is given to alignment, full body adjustments, and the breath.

Plus a nutrition assessment with Vanessa Chalme, R.D., including one initial in-depth nutrition assessment (120 minutes), plus two follow-up appointments (45 minutes each). Also included is an optional food pantry consultation (30 minutes).
