Joy for the Body:

One-on-One Private, 1 1/2 hour yoga class with Donnalynn Civello, a certified Yoga Alliance teacher (RYT), with over 300 hours training, at Ethereal Wellness. Go deeper into your yoga practice with a special spa rejuvenation vinyasa class. Each class is tailored especially for the individual student to help him or her deepen his or her understanding and technique of the asana practice. Special attention is given to alignment, full body adjustments, and the breath.

Joy for the Home:

This package includes an organizing assessment questionnaire, a 1/2 hour activation call to identify core issues and current blocks, and a 1 hour in-home or office Mini-Blueprint session with Jennifer Zweibel, a Professional Organizer.
