A six week unpaid internship at Birthright Israel NEXT is available to a graduating high school student, college student, or graduate student  for the summer of 2010.  

Taglit-Birthright Israel is an organization that provides the gift of first time, peer group, educational trips to Israel for Jewish young adults ages 18 to 26.  Jewish young adults from all over the world are sent to Israel as a gift in order to diminish the growing division between Israel and Jewish communities around the world; to strengthen the sense of solidarity among world Jewry; and to strengthen participants' personal Jewish identity and connection to the Jewish people.

Birthright Israel NEXT inspires all Taglit-Birthright Israel trip participants and their peers to expand their connections to the land and people of Israel, to deepen their personal commitments to Jewish life, and to find or form a community where Jewish responsibility, learning, and celebration thrive.

Responsibilities of the summer intern may include assisting with event production, conducting alumni interviews, attending staff meetings, writing and data entry.
