Susan Machtinger is a Certified Nutrition Consultant, Wellness Coach and Nutrition Instructor who specializes in working with people who wish to enhance their life and achieve their goals by improving their diet.  Diet can make a significant difference in the quality of your life.  She would love to help you get what you want.  Susan is available by appointment to work with Individuals, Families and Small Groups either at her office in the lovely Indigo Healing Arts Center in Tiburon, CA; take a walk together, or meet by telephone or email.

Susan enjoys working with adults, children and families to develop personalized nutritional protocols which empower her clients to achieve optimal nourishment and health.  Her areas of practice include mental clarity and focus, stress management, weight management, blood sugar regulation, cardiovascular health and autoimmune disorders.  She has a private consulting practice in Tiburon, CA as well as clients throughout the United States.

Susan received her undergraduate education at the University of California, Santa Barbara, her graduate degree at Golden Gate University in San Francisco and her nutrition certification from the Institute for Educational Therapy in Sonoma County.  

Susan is also the lead instructor in nutrition at Bauman College in Penngrove, CA where she teaches both introductory and advanced classes in holistic nutrition.

Susan and her husband Steve have two college age children and have lived in Tiburon for 18 years.
