Chef Christopher Tong will prepare, in your home, a dinner service including three courses with appetizers, entree and dessert from a set menu where you can choose one of thirteen gourmet specialties. For example: Gourmet mixed greens with poached saffron pear, Rosenborg blue cheese triangle, to start! Then a Baked Alaskan Halibut with Heirloom Tomato Concasse, toasted Panko breadcrumbs, served over wild rice and vegetables served as the entree.
