Spanish Dinner for Ten EB parents Stephane and Anshu Prunet will open their beautiful home this September to offer you an ?enchanted evening in Spain?. Enjoy delicious Spanish appetizers while you listen to flamenco guitar under starry skies in the romantic setting of the Prunets? gardens. Then EB parent and executive chef (of Paula Le Duc catering) Philip Poling will prepare a Spanish feast including two different paellas followed by dessert. This lavish meal, accompanied by champagne and wines from private cellars, is offered by EB Board Chair Lynn Van Housen and her husband Olivier Marie, EB Trustee and alumni parent Tim Stokes and his wife Anya Lewis, and EB Director of Advancement Florence Kragen and her husband Jules Kragen.
