Description

The winning bidder will receive 12 bottles of C.G. DiArie Zinfandel Reserve Tier Vertical Flight, 4 bottles each of vintage years 2004, 2005, and 2006.

The Winery is about an hour and a half from Sacramento, a 209 acre estate at 1,700' altitude, located between the South & Middle forks of the Cosumnes River, in the Sierra Foothills of California.

A 12,000 sq. ft "world class" facility is perched on a hillside and has spectacular views of the nearby vineyards and the Sierra Foothills. Using the natural terrain, the architectural design of the winery was constructed on 2 plateaus, thus creating "gravity feed" as part of the winemaking process. This facility, which features 2 art galleries, is built to enable the winery to produce a maximum of 16,000 cases annually.

The Vineyard includes forty (40) acres planted on a hillside, using sustainable farming practices. Varieties planted: Zinfandel, Syrah, Petite Sirah, Primitivo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Barbera, Tempranillo, Grenache and a 3rd clone of Cabernet Sauvignon.
