Description
The Green Mallards Octopus ceramic platter was created by all the children in this class. The platter reflects our water theme, during which we studied various ocean animals.
The children first painted the platter in light blue (together!), then they sponge painted on the edges, to represent corals. The last step was creating the octopus, taking turns using their pinkies to follow its outline and follow the pattern.
They were enthusiastic about working on this project as a class and were excited to be involved in the entire process, beginning to end.
