It’s conveniently located between both Tahoe City and Kings Beach so it can be accessed either through Highway 267 via Truckee or through Highway 89 and Tahoe City. It’s in a very quiet woodsy neighborhood near the lake. It really sleeps 10 and has 4 bedrooms + 1 loft and 2 bathrooms. Decks with gas BBQ and a game room with pool, stereo, darts, foosball, etc.   Major ski resorts including Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Northstar, and Diamond Peak are all within a short 20-minute drive from our home. Lake Tahoe and several enjoyable beaches are just minutes away. Excellent open space hiking and mountain biking opportunities are nearby along with a paved bike trail ideal for families. The Dollar Point cross-country skiing and snowshoeing park is literally within five minutes of our home. And a great, family-friendly sledding, saucer, and snowmobiling hill is just minutes away.
