Born Beaufort, SC. 1976. Angela Fraleigh is creating a new series that addresses the metaphysical. Fraleigh is a Joan Mitchell Foundation Award Nominee (2009) and has exhibited widely at numerous venues including P.P.O.W Gallery, NY, NY Inman Gallery Houston, TX, Massimo Audiello Gallery, NY, NY the Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art, Kansas City, MO, and the Museum of Fine Arts Houston, TX. She attended Boston University on a Dean's Scholarship earning her BFA in Painting in 1998 and received her MFA from Yale University in 2003.
