Jodi Hays studied at School of Visual Arts and graduated from the University of Tennessee (BFA, Drawing). She earned her MFA from Vermont College of Fine Art where she studied with Sharon Hayes, Sowon Kwon, Craig Stockwell and Christine Hiebert among others. Her work is shown internationally and she has completed residencies at the Vermont Studio Center and Cooper Union School of Art. Formerly a Boston-based artist, she currently teaches and curates at Tennessee State University in Nashville, TN. Her work can be viewed through TAG Art Gallery, Tanner Hill Gallery (Chattanooga/ Atlanta), Gallery ELL (Brooklyn) and at The Drawing Center (NYC).
