Daniel Biddy creates works of collage that incorporate found images from printed media and oil painting. This work examines human interest issues by re-contextualizing imagery from the public domain. A native Atlantan, Biddy earned his BFA at Atlanta College of Art in 1999. Biddy's work has been included in group shows at Swan Coach House, Atlanta Small Things... (2007); and Vaknin Gallery, Atlanta New Year, New TalentIn Bloom; Hambidge Auction (2008-09); Alan Avery Gallery Ones To Watch (2009); ARTPAPERS Art Auction (2007-10); Eyedrum collage show (2009). Solo exhibitions include: 1150 Atlanta (2007) and K2 Modern, Atlanta, Not What It Seems (2009). Biddy currently exhibits with Barbara Archer Gallery, Atlanta.
