Amy Pleasant received her BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and her MFA at the Tyler School of Art in Philadelphia, PA.  Her work has been exhibited at Jeff Bailey Gallery, NY, The Birmingham Museum of Art, The Contemporary, Atlanta, GA, The Columbus Museum of Art, GA, The Wiregrass Museum of Art, Dothan, AL, The National Museum of Women in the Arts, Washington, D.C., The Southeastern Center for Contemporary Art, Winston-Salem, NC, The Mobile Museum of Art, AL, and the U.S. Embassy, Prague, Czech Republic. She currently lives and works in Birmingham, AL and is represented by Jeff Bailey Gallery, NY.
