Both a Reiki Master and Intuitive, I combine hands-on healing with Intuitive Reading. Reiki means Universal Life Force in Japanese and it is also a hands-on healing method. Originally from Tibet, Reiki was re-discovered in the late 19th century by Dr. Mikao Usui from Japan. The therapist acts as a channel for this energy. When she places her hands on the recipient, she activates the body's natural self-healing mechanism. Reiki enters the deepest levels of a person's being to treat the root as the manifesting symptom of ill-health. It works wherever it is most needed, cleansing the body of toxins while clearing the mind, calming emotions and releasing blocked energies on all levels, achieving a state of integration within the whole person. Reiki helps most conditions, whether chronic or acute. It is excellent for soothing pain, treating stress and relieving anxiety and depression.

Our bodies are encoded with feelings, memories and dreams. As an intuitive, when I place my hands on clients, I "read" this information in order to help them see, feel and understand themselves better. Most often, the messages elucidate areas of blockage and suggest pathways towards growth. In this one-hour session, I combine Reiki and Intuitive Reading to give clients an integrated healing experience gently guiding them towards a greater sense of clarity, balance and vitality.
