Qigong teacher Master Yap will be visiting Halifax, Nova Scotia, to introduce advanced students to Level 4 of their CFQ training.

CFQ is a graduated system of self-cultivation and healing practice.  Healing in this sense means to unload the burden of diseases from the mind, body and spirit. It suggests that wellness comes from a reduced burden. It also means freeing the consciousness from a diseased state of mind and making it more alive.

Level 4 is entitled Light Meditation: Emptying Defilements and will take place June 27 and 28, 2010.

The successful bidder will already have taken Levels 1, 2 and 3 and will therefore be qualified for Level 4.
