This is an incredible offering of Gourmet four course wine paired menu and tasting of 18 rare cabs:

* Historical retrospective vertical tasting of St. Francis cabernets over the prior decades. Some of these wines are quite rare and will be explained by Director of Winemaking Tom Mackey and Winemaker Dennis Borell. This historic tasting will include at least 18 different rare or reserve cabs dating back as far as 1988. The tasting for your party of six will be capped off with some contemporary standouts.

* Luncheon for your party of six prepared by St. Francis chef David Bush with a special menu to be prepared exclusively for your party. The dining will occur at the winery itself, and will consist of a custom four course menu designed by chef Bush, and each course naturally accompanied by the specially chosen wine pairings.
