Chef Catherine is internationally renowned for her inspired cuisine. Her curriculum vitae reads like the Who's Who of world class restaurants with prior posts at the Sonoma Mission Inn, Mondavi's Arrowood Winery, owner of her owned highly acclaimed venue on St. Croix and currently Culinary Director of the Cinema Epicuria Film Festival in Sonoma.
