Up for auction is a certificate that entitles the bearer to 2 free tickets to a performance of the 2009-2010 Ford Theatre Season.

To Redeem Tickets:

1-Select the two performances you would be most interested in attending. Please refer to our website (www.FordTheatres.org) for available dates or call the Box Office at 323.461.3673 to request a full season brochure.

2-Complete this form and fax your request to the Box Office at 323.871.5904 or email request to boxoffice@arts.lacounty.gov with the title "REDEEM GIFT CERTIFICATE".

3-You should receive a confirmation by phone or email one week prior to your requested performance. (If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact the box office).

4-On the day or your confirmed event, exchange the original copy of this certificate for your tickets to the performance. (Sorry, no copies accepted and no exchanges).
