This is an Arabian necklace, 19 inches in length with an extender chain that will allow it to be worn as long as 21 inches.  It is suspended from a black velvet stretch cord, and accented with a handcrafted Sterling Silver Bali open weave bead.  These beads are no longer available, and were crafted in the early 90s.  The clasp as well is handcrafted Balinese work, in Sterling Silver, also from the early 90s, and is set with a faceted Amethyst gemstone.
