Yoga instructor Valerie Cherrin will take a group of 10 children, ages 5-10 years old, on a yoga adventure.  The group will climb a mountain (mountain pose) taking along their dog (downward facing dog), their cat (cat pose), and explore a host of other poses in a fun and peaceful yoga session designed just for kids.

The yoga session can be held in your home or at Wilmington Montessori School (as schedule permits).
