The room is privately owned but run by The Hard Rock Hotel. It’s a studio with 2 queen beds, a balcony, 9th floor overlooking the pool. Winner needs to supply 30 days notice and if the room is already booked by the hotel, they would have to pick another day. Other than that, no restrictions.
