The certificate is redeemable for 3 one hour sessions with a personal trainer doing a Non-Contact Fitness Boxing workout for women. Non-Contact Boxing is a whole body workout like no other that will tone and strengthen the upper and lower body as well as the core. The client will learn basic punches and put them together into combinations while using punching mitts and the heavy bag. It is both a cardio and strength training workout. This workout is great for women of all ages and ability levels who are looking to lose weight, tone up, or just looking for variety in their exercise routine. This is not going to prepare you for the ring but is meant to be fun and challenging.
