Description

Official Easter Egg issued by The White House and given to guests of the 1996 Easter Egg Roll at The White House.  The only other way to get one of these rare items would be to be selected to attend The White House's Annual Easter Egg Roll.  This wooden, purple egg reads: Happy Easter from The White House 1996 Easter Egg Roll.  On the reverse side you will find a reproduction of Bill Clinton's and Hillary Rodham Clinton's signatures.  These eggs are only given out to attendees of the Annual Easter Egg Roll that takes place on the South Lawn at The White House.  The Easter Egg Roll dates back to 1878 when President Hayes and his wife, Lucy, started a tradition that every President since has carried on.  Own a piece of American History!
