1) a home energy audit (for 1 single family home) or

2) a Title 24 calculation (for any new single family home, or an existing home planning an addition or upgrades which require a building permit within the next 2 years). 

The work will be performed by Gina Rodda of Gabel Associates LLC. 

The home energy audit consists of a 1/2 hour walk through and review of 1 year of PG&E bills.  Title 24 calculation consists of a building department review of provided plans. 

A verbal and written analysis will be provided to the winning bidder upon completion of the analysis.
