Art E, Art Enlightment for kids is a program designed by art gallery owner, Cheryl McGinnis. We offer a four-week segment of classes that takes kids to the great museums of New York City and teaches them how to read and look at art. Kids are given a behind the scene access to the museum, as well as understanding of what it is to really look at art. During the last session an artist from the Cheryl McGinnis Gallery joins the group in the museum to instruct in the drawing and creating of art.  This is an exclusive program that is offered only by invitation.  We are delighted to offer it to PS 166 families.
