Why establish a Special Needs Trust? To prevent disabled individuals receiving government benefits from forfeiting their benefits.
Harold Simon is an Attorney admitted to the practice of law in California and New Jersey. His Legal practice is primarily Estate Planning, Trusts, Wills, Trust Administration, Probate, Special Needs Planning, Elder Law and Business Planning.
On a personal note, Mr. Simon has family members who have required special needs planning and has developed a large client base of families with special needs.
The Services to be Provided Include:
(1) Meeting at a mutually agreeable location to establish purpose for Special Needs Trust and to obtain information necessary to prepare one (1) Special Needs Trust specifically designed for donor(s) and donee(s);
(2) Telephone conferences with Donor(s) to clarify issues related to preparation of one (1) Special Needs Trust document;
(3) Preparation of one (1) Special Needs Trust document;
(4) Meeting to review document with Donor(s) to explain the terms and provisions of the Special Needs Trust and to make any changes necessary; and
(5) Execution of final Special Needs Trust document.

Special Instructions
Services do not include preparation of any other estate planning documents or review of any other estate planning documents. Such additional legal services, if desired, can be provided at a reduced fee.
This offer expires on May 12, 2011.
All auction winners are responsible for picking-up their won items at Village Glen West School Open House on May 12th, 2010 between 6PM - 9PM, or anytime during normal school hours after this date. Other times and dates for pick-up can be made by special advance appointment. Any item which is not picked up by Tuesday, June 1st, 2010 will be considered abandoned and will be released back to the school for future auction. No refunds will be made for items that are abandoned or not picked-up by Tuesday, June 1st, 2010.
If the winner prefers an item to be shipped, please contact Terry Whiteside at wytside@pacbell.net. Packing and shipping costs are the responsibility of the winner and will be charged in addition to the winning bid amount.
