All auction winners are responsible for picking-up their won items at Village Glen West School Open House on May 12th, 2010 between 6PM - 9PM, or anytime during normal school hours after this date. Other times and dates for pick-up can be made by special advance appointment. Any item which is not picked up by Tuesday, June 1st, 2010 will be considered abandoned and will be released back to the school for future auction. No refunds will be made for items that are abandoned or not picked-up by Tuesday, June 1st, 2010.


 If the winner prefers an item to be shipped, please contact Terry Whiteside at wytside@pacbell.net. Packing and shipping costs are the responsibility of the winner and will be charged in addition to the winning bid amount.
