Spend Sunday, May 16th enjoying the amazing sounds of the VYO Chorus under the direction of interim conductor Andrew Massey. This afternoon performance is the perfect spring activity for your family.

The program opens with two works by Wagner: the Prelude and Liebestod from Tristan und Isolde and Prelude to Act 1 of Die Mesitersinger von Nuremberg. Castleton soprano Suzanne Kantorski-Merrill is featured in Barber’s rhapsodic musical memoir, Knoxville: Summer of 1915. The orchestra will also present Frederick Delius' Brigg Fair and Capriccio Espagnole by Rimsky-Korsakov.
