Flag Hill Farm Hard Cyder is bottled in limited release, packaged in hand-numbered bottles . . . and is available only in Vermont! The handcraft traditional, farmhouse-style Vermont Hard Cyders are delicious, and we know you'll agree.
At Flag Hill Farm in the Green Mountains of rural Vermont, they take the same slow, traditional, wine-making approach to their own hard cider.
Flag Hill Farm makes two varieties of prize-winning hard cyder, Sparkling and Still, in small batches, right on their family farm. To distinguish their handmade, farmhouse product from apple cider and mass-market carbonated apple 'wines', they call their product, 'Cyder with a "Y"'.
They grow and harvest many of the apple varieties used in the hard cyder, and buy local unsprayed and wild apples from neighboring farms.
